Hard to believe that the time has gone by so quickly! The third quarter should be exciting. Next week we will be having our Award Winning Students pizza lunch. Congrats to those that will receive an invitation. Those of you that did not make it this quarter, keep striving for next quarter.
Science/Social Studies
We are finishing up our unit on energy and will be moving back to social studies next week. We will study regions of the United States and create a fun class project!
Math
We have begun our exploration of fractions and will continue to become more familiar of fractions.
Literacy
We continue to practice strategies to improve our reading comprehension and make the students investigative readers. We will begin a short unit on Greek Mythology! They seem to be excited about this.
