WELCOME STUDENTS AND PARENTS!
My name is Jennifer Waldack and I am so excited to be your child's teacher for the 2013-2014 school year. I would like to tell you a little about myself.
This is my second year teaching at Mary Endres Elementary. In 2011 I began my career as a substitute teacher in Woodstock District 200 and had the opportunity to substitute in several settings. In the summer of 2012 I was hired on full-time at Mary Endres Elementary.
Additionally, I am the parent of two incredible boys. My oldest son Brandon, age 13, is an 8th grader at Northwood Middle School and a former Mary Endres student. My youngest son Chris, age 10, is a 5th grader at Mary Endres Elementary. Besides being a busy mom and 4th grade teacher I also coach Girls on the Run! I enjoyed the season last year and am looking forward to the upcoming season.
A packet will be provided at the beginning of the year that will discuss all classroom procedures and student/parent responsibilities. If you have any further questions, feel free to call or email me at any time. I will provide all contact information in the packet provided.
In addition to the packet, this blog will be used to keep parents up to date about things that are going on in the classroom. I will ask you to subscribe to the blog and then you will be notified via email anytime I update the blog.
